Earlier this week, the kaimahi of the Manuhiri Kaitiaki Charitable Trust participated in a water quality testing workshop thanks to Auckland Council's Wai Care department.
The workshop presented many new valuable skills and added to the trust's kete of knowledge for future projects, kaimahi and whanau that are interested in learning about how to assess and record the vitality and overall health of water sources.
As kaitiaki ō te taiao we are reminded how important it is to leave behind a sustainable footprint.
