NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust and presentation of The Annual Report for the period 2018 - 2019 will be held on:

Thursday 30 September 2021 at 6:00 pm (NZ Time) online via Zoom.

To receive the Zoom link and vote on the resolutions, ALL registered members of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust will need to pre-register before 5:00 pm on Wednesday 29th September 2021, by completing the simple form below or by sending your email details to: agm@ngatimanuhiri.iwi.nz​

WHAKAHAUMARU TE WHĀNAU - KEEPING OUR WHĀNAU SAFE

There is a lot of public health information out there and it can be hard to know where to begin. We are sharing with you the most recent communication to ensure the well-being of our whānau is paramount.

In recent news, the government made the critical decision for the entire nation to move to alert level 4. This comes as response to the COVID - 19 delta variant outbreak which continues to increase.

We encourage you to stay up to date on the latest information about national health issues such as Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and COVID-19.

The trustees have considered the significant health risks posed by RSV and Covid-19 and decided in the interests of all hāpu members to hold the 2020 AGM online via zoom. This decision provides confidence in keeping one another protected and supports all registered members here and overseas to connect into the AGM.
